Product Care Instructions

All Francisca Rendic Jewellery Designer products are handmade using sterling silver and gold, produced in Australia with Australian raw materials.

Storage

• Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place.
• Wrap each piece separately in a moisture-free plastic bag to prevent chemical reactions with environmental factors and body oils, which can cause silver to oxidize.
• Proper storage ensures your silver remains clean and bright.

Cleaning

• Polishing Cloth: Use a polishing cloth for gentle rubbing and buffing to remove mild tarnishing. These clothes are impregnated with a polishing compound, providing long-lasting use and an amazing shine.
• Soap and Water: Clean your jewellery with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly to remove grease and grime.
• Avoid Contact: Keep your jewellery away from perfume, hairspray, saltwater, and cleaning products to prevent tarnishing.

Availability of Handmade Pieces

If the jewellery is in stock, we can dispatch it immediately after payment. Your order will be shipped via Australia Post with a registered parcel and a tracking number.
