Free Shipping Australia Wide
We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide, no minimum spend required. Your jewellery will be securely packaged and sent with tracking, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Availability of Handmade Pieces:
In-Stock Items: Once payment is processed, your jewellery will be dispatched promptly.
Made-to-Order Items: If the item is not in stock, you may still place an order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your piece to be carefully handcrafted. Due to the handmade nature of our work, each piece may vary slightly from the photo, making it truly one-of-a-kind.
International Shipping:
We offer international delivery via Australia Post at a flat rate of AUD $25.

Shipping Returns
To return your product:
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We dispatch exchanged products to customers across various locations, and the delivery time may vary depending on your location.
If returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
